chaoscalmer
A home lab that turns noise into something quiet.
Self-hosted. Git-driven. Built for calm.
This site is the front door of a personal home lab. It runs in an unprivileged Ubuntu container on Proxmox, is served by Caddy, and reaches the internet through Tailscale Funnel — no router ports opened.
Every page, the container definition, the proxy config and the install scripts live in one GitHub repository. Changing the site means opening a pull request; deploying means one command inside the container.

Recent notes
- Why the lab is Git-driven 2026-10-01
One repository owns the container definition, the proxy, the site, and the install scripts. A merged PR and a single command is the whole deploy path.
- Public site without opening a port 2026-09-15
Tailscale Funnel terminates TLS at the edge and talks HTTP to Caddy on loopback. No router port forwards, no public IP exposure of the LAN.
